THIS IS MY LIFEEE pt 3;

When I thought about which pictures to use for this project, the first thing that came to mind was How am I supposed to represent my life with 10 photos? It took me a while to decide, but finally I settled for photos of things that make me who I am. & The most important things that we consider to "define" ourselves should be the things that we experience each and every day.
The pictures center around three main things: My family, my friends, my life. All of the photos of friends were taken at school; we all center part of our lives around school, whether or not we'd like to admit it. The experiences I have with my friends are the things that help me grow-- we create memories and have experiences that we continue to build upon. My family was obviously included, because they're the people my life centers around every day. Where I go, where I'll be and what I'm doing depends on them, for the most part. A few of the other pictures were random hobbies: reading & writing (books), photography (camera), and "weird Japanese crap" (aka: the ballin stuff that we don't have here.)

The end!

My friends.
(This counts for four pictures by the way, Mr. Spurr! ;D)
PS: This may not be the best representation of all of my friends, but you all make up an important part of my life, whether your face is up here or not XD <3

STAY TUNED FOR PART 2 8D

Still Life;

Alright, now I vill tell you a story. Zees are zee gnomes that live in my muther's flowers. One is a gardener and zee other waters things. Well, actually, I guess they're both gardeners. But zhat isn't zee point. Zee point is zhat one should never buy gnomes on their own-- always buy zhem in zee pairs, ja? Because zhey are very social creatures, and zhey like to host dances in the garden, but zhey cannot dance alone, and nobody wants a sad gnome, ja?

My Photos;

  1. What is the main subject? Myface.
  2. Why did I take this picture? What does it mean to me? I didn't really take it for any reason, other than my own vanity 83
  3. How does the photo focus attention on the main subject? My face is the focus of interest; it's the only thing in the foreground.
  4. What are the elements of design that make the picture "work?" The wind makes the picture, for sure. & The contrast that the lighting provides.
  5. How could this photo be improved? I think that the background (the house) is boring and ugly. I don't think it necessarily detracts from the picture, but it bothers me = 3=
  1. What is the main subject? Winky Boody!
  2. Why did I take this picture? What does it mean to me? I took it because the lighting was great, and it was a memory I wanted to capture. The best pictures come from memorable situations, because they actually mean something :3
  3. How does the photo focus attention on the main subject? The subject is basically the main point of interest.
  4. What are the elements of design that make the picture "work?" There isn't a direct light source; the angle definitely makes the picture, as it works the umbrella into the background, rather than making it seem like a prop.
  5. How could this photo be improved? I think maybe by seeing more of the subject would help improve the picture.

  1. What is the main subject? Jordan Thomas!
  2. Why did I take this picture? What does it mean to me? I took this picture, once again, due to lighting. I couldn't let the opportunity pass me by!
  3. How does the photo focus attention on the main subject? Although in this case the subject isn't the only thing in the foreground, she draws attention because the lighting is focused solely on her, and the background.
  4. What are the elements of design that make the picture "work?" The shadows that the light casts are the best part of this picture.
  5. How could this photo be improved? I think maybe a different angle, or a closer focus on the subject, would make this photo work better.
